Gender-based Violence is an alarming issue in South Africa because of the rapidly increasing rate.
South Africa has notoriously high levels of violence against women. The latest police figures show that 10,818 rape cases were reported in the first quarter of 2022. The country has among the highest rape incidence in the world.

We've partnered with a Martial Arts Dojo who specialize in Krav Maga Based Self-Defence Training. We train young girls and women for free in our rural communities.
Our self-defence sessions upskill ladies in awareness, assault defence and even choking/ strangulation. These techniques are easy to learn and extremely effective. They have the potential to save lives.
