We were established in response to the grim reality facing Southern Africa. Period poverty forces over 7 million young girls and women to experience the indignity of period poverty monthly.

Siyakunakekela is here to effect tangible change in the lives of these deserving women. Period poverty has no place in modern society, female dignity should be a right we all celebrate.
